Finocchiona Salami
Poaka Free Range Pork salami with a sweet fennel note. Just the right amount of silky smooth Poaka pork fat. Seasoned with a hint of organic sweet fennel seed, garlic, black pepper and New Zealand organic Merlot wine.
Genoa Salami
Poaka Genoa Salami has a strong garlic note. Containing just our best free range pork, organic garlic, organic black pepper and organic New Zealand Merlot Wine.
Pork & Fennel
Lean free farmed pork with the classic partner of fennel, seasoned with black cracked pepper and garlic.

Brie
A soft cheese with a rind that will give the extraordinary flavour of well-ripened Evansdale Brie. Often will give a hint of fresh valley mushrooms. The interior of the cheese has a smooth even flavour, which is subtle but penetrating.
Tania Smoked
Carefully selected Evansdale Farmhouse Brie cheeses are smoked in hot smoke from Manuka chips to create the unique flavour that is Tania Smoked.
Basil & Garlic
A delicious combination of Basil and Garlic. These work beautifully together as neither is the dominant flavour and they both balance each other perfectly.
Pepper Cheese
Delicious pepper cheese with new york fine cut pepper and some larger seeds in it to catch you out-tasty.
Komene Kass
Evansdale Cheese's version of the classic Dutch cheese set with cumin seeds.
Sage Derby
An old English cheese and is set with ground sage. The base of this cheese is Ruby Bay with the addition of the herb - sage.
Bay Yellow
Ideally suited to those events where wine and beer in particular are to be consumed and where eating fine foods is an essential part of the festivities. Exhibits a stronger taste of firm, older and mature cheese. It is cheese for mature palates - a cheese for those amongst us who are extremely wise!
Bay Blue
Blue cheese, being stronger and very individual in flavour, will appeal to those people who enjoy the terrior in the cheese.
Ruby Bay
A mature cheese with a slightly dry inside and a soft buttery flavour.
Caerphilly
Has a noticeable milky flavour which is maintained for about 6 days after which it disappears as the cheese begins to develop into a harder cheese. Caerphilly is very lightly salted on the outside and it depends for its internal tasting on enzymes to develop its very special flavour.
