  • Each rental includes 2 hours of exclusive cart use. Additional time can be arranged for an extra fee.

  • Our team will arrive 45 minutes before the service period to set up and will take 45 minutes afterward to pack down.

  • We handle almost everything related to the cart for both the Charcuterie Graze and Lolly Graze. For leftover food, please provide your own storage containers if you’d like to keep it after the event.

    For the DIY Graze, we provide the cart, stainless steel food containers, tongs, and food covers. You will need to provide your own food, serving containers and ice.

  • Yes! For sunny days, we provide an umbrella for shade. However, in case of rain, the cart must be placed under suitable shelter.

  • It’s the client’s responsibility to confirm with the venue that external catering is allowed. If we cannot set up due to venue restrictions, the full payment will still apply.

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the event.

  • Yes, we collect a refundable $50 damage deposit. This will be refunded within 7 business days after the event, provided there are no damages or missing items.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full deposit refund. For cancellations within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days will require full payment with no refund.

  • Changes can be made up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • We travel all throughout Canterbury! We are located in Christchurch, and will travel within 20km of Parklands for the listed cost of the cart. Additional distances will incur a surcharge for travel.

  • For the Charcuterie Graze and Lolly Graze we provide 1 staff member for the 2 hour service period to ensure the food is fully stocked and make recommendations to guests. For the DIY Graze, there is no staff member provided for the 2 hour service period.

  • Yes, we can work with you to incorporate a custom phrase on the front of the cart. Additional fees apply.

  • Yes! We can work with you to create a custom sticker including an image and short phrase that can be put on your food containers. Additional fees apply.

  • Our grazing carts can accommodate 10-100 guests, depending on the service selected. We can also work with you for larger events.

  • We can include options to suit dietary needs, such as gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian, or nut-free items. Please share specific restrictions when booking. Additional fees may apply if items aren’t listed on current menus.

  • We handle the cart's teardown and provide a rubbish bin for waste.

  • No. Our grazing cart keeps food cold using chilly bins and ice. This allows us to set up practically anywhere!

  • If we have availability, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings up to 7 days before your event. Please note, certain menu items or setups may not be available with short notice.
